RCM Design Group is an interior design and wellness-focused design practice serving clients in Northern Virginia, United States, and Trinidad & Tobago, with certain services offered virtually.
 

Our services may include:

The availability, scope, pricing, and delivery method of individual services may vary by location and project.
 

2. Website Use

This website is provided for informational, educational, marketing, inquiry, booking, and client-service purposes.
 

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to:

Submitting a Project Inquiry, Rescue My Room Inquiry, contact form, or other website form does not create a designer-client relationship and does not guarantee that RCM Design Group will accept your project.
 

We review inquiries based on factors that may include:

• Budget

• Service availability

• Project suitability

• Our current capacity

We reserve the right to accept or decline any inquiry or project at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
 

A designer-client relationship begins only after any required proposal, agreement, retainer, deposit, or other onboarding requirements specified by RCM Design Group have been completed.
 

4. Consultations and Bookings

Certain consultations or services may be available for booking through our website.

The scope, duration, location, format, and price of a consultation will be described at the time of booking or in related service information.
 

Payment may be required to confirm a booking.
 

Booking a consultation does not automatically engage RCM Design Group for additional design services beyond the specific consultation purchased.
 

Any recommendations provided during a consultation are based on the information reasonably available to us at that time.
 

5. Rescue My Room

Rescue My Room is a focused, single-room interior design service intended primarily for cosmetic and non-structural improvements.
 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the service is designed for one qualifying room up to 400 square feet.
 

Open-concept spaces, multi-zone rooms, rooms exceeding the stated size, or projects requiring a greater level of design or construction involvement may require a different service, expanded scope, or custom proposal.
 

Northern Virginia – In-Person Room Rescue

The Northern Virginia service may include, depending on the agreed project scope:

• In-person consultation

• Design concept development

• Space planning

• 2D floor plan or furniture layout

• 3D room design

• Color, finish, furniture, lighting, and décor selections

• Purchasing and procurement

• Coordination with contractors or trades

• Delivery and installation coordination

• Final styling

The exact services included will be defined in the client's proposal or service agreement.

Furniture, décor, materials, contractor or trade charges, shipping, delivery, installation, taxes, and other project expenses are separate from RCM Design Group's professional design fees unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
 

RCM Design Group may coordinate appropriately qualified contractors or tradespeople, but specialized construction, electrical, plumbing, or other regulated trade work is performed by the applicable contractor or trade professional rather than by RCM Design Group unless expressly permitted and agreed otherwise.
 

Trinidad & Tobago – Virtual Room Rescue

Virtual Rescue My Room is a design-only virtual service.
 

The current offering may include:

• Virtual consultation

• Design concept and color direction

• 2D floor plan or furniture layout

• 3D room design

• Furniture, lighting, finish, and décor recommendations

• Curated product selections

• Final digital design presentation

• The stated number of revisions included with the service

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Virtual Rescue My Room does not include:

• Photorealistic renderings

• Purchasing or procurement

• Contractor or trade coordination

• Construction management

• On-site services

• Delivery coordination

• Installation

• In-person styling

The client is responsible for purchasing, verifying product availability, engaging local contractors or trades, coordinating deliveries, and implementing the design.
 

6. Virtual Design Services and Client Measurements
For virtual services, RCM Design Group relies on photographs, videos, measurements, floor plans, and other information supplied by the client.
 

The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements and information.
 

RCM Design Group is not responsible for errors, fit issues, additional expenses, or other consequences resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements or information supplied by the client.
 

Clients should verify critical dimensions, site conditions, product dimensions, and installation requirements before purchasing products or beginning work.
 

7. Design Fees and Project Investment
Professional design fees vary depending on the service, location, scope, complexity, and level of involvement required.
 

Where a service is advertised at a flat fee, that fee applies only to projects meeting the stated service qualifications and scope.
 

Where a service is advertised with a starting or minimum design investment, the final design fee will be determined based on the specific project.
 

Unless expressly stated otherwise, design fees do not include the cost of furnishings, décor, materials, products, contractor or trade labor, shipping, delivery, installation, taxes, permits, or other third-party expenses.
 

Current pricing displayed on the website is subject to change. Pricing confirmed in an executed agreement or completed booking will govern that particular engagement.
 

8. Payments
Payment terms vary by service and will be stated during booking, in an invoice, proposal, or client agreement.
 

Where payment is required before a consultation, virtual service, or other fixed-scope service begins, work will not commence until the required payment has been received.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
 

Payment processing may be provided through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply to payment transactions.
 

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary depending on the service purchased.

Any service-specific cancellation or refund policy presented during booking or contained in a signed client agreement will take precedence over general website information.
 

Design work that has already been performed, time already spent, consultations already provided, or customized digital design deliverables may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable service agreement.
 

RCM Design Group reserves the right to reschedule appointments when reasonably necessary due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
 

10. Revisions and Changes in Scope
Design services include only the revisions specified in the applicable service description, proposal, or agreement.
 

Requests that substantially change the approved design direction, room, project requirements, scope, or previously approved selections may constitute additional design work and may result in additional fees.
 

Additional services will not be assumed to be included simply because they relate to the same room or project.
 

11. Products, Furnishings and Third-Party Vendors
RCM Design Group may recommend or source products from third-party manufacturers, retailers, vendors, artisans, or suppliers.

Where necessary, alternative selections may be recommended.
 

12. Contractors and Trade Professionals
Where our scope includes contractor or trade coordination, RCM Design Group may communicate and coordinate with independent contractors, installers, electricians, plumbers, painters, delivery companies, or other professionals.
 

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, these parties are independent businesses and are responsible for their own workmanship, employees, insurance, licenses, scheduling, safety practices, warranties, and compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
 

RCM Design Group is not responsible for the negligent acts, omissions, workmanship, delays, or contractual obligations of independent third parties.
 

13. Construction and Site Conditions
Design concepts, drawings, layouts, and visualizations prepared by RCM Design Group are intended to communicate design intent unless specifically identified as construction documents.
 

Contractors and qualified professionals are responsible for verifying field conditions, dimensions, code requirements, structural conditions, installation requirements, and technical feasibility before commencing work.
 

RCM Design Group does not provide architectural, structural engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or other licensed professional services unless expressly stated otherwise.
 

Where such services are required, appropriately qualified professionals should be engaged.
 

14. Design Visualizations

Mood boards, sketches, 2D plans, 3D models, renderings, material samples, and other visual materials are intended to communicate the proposed design.
 

Digital displays, lighting conditions, manufacturing variations, natural materials, photography, and other factors may cause actual colors, finishes, proportions, textures, or products to appear different from design visualizations.
 

Visualizations should therefore be understood as representations of design intent rather than guarantees of an exact finished appearance.
 

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original designs and materials created by RCM Design Group remain the intellectual property of RCM Design Group, including:

• Design concepts

• Floor plans

• Furniture layouts

• Drawings

• Sketches

• 3D models

• Renderings

• Mood boards

• Presentations

• Written design specifications

• Original website content

• Graphics and other creative materials
   

Upon payment of applicable fees, clients may use project-specific design deliverables for their intended personal project.
 

Clients may not reproduce, resell, publish, distribute, license, modify for commercial use, or use our design materials for another property or project without written permission.
 

RCM Design Group's name, branding, logos, graphics, and website content may not be used without authorization.
 

16. Client-Provided Content

You represent that you have the right to provide any photographs, floor plans, drawings, inspiration images, documents, or other materials you submit to RCM Design Group.
 

Providing these materials allows us to use them as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry and provide the requested services.
 

Submission does not automatically grant RCM Design Group permission to publish your personal photographs or project materials for marketing purposes.
 

17. Project Photography and Portfolio Use
RCM Design Group may request permission to photograph completed projects or use project photographs for our portfolio, website, social media, publications, awards, or other marketing purposes.
 

Where permission is required, it will be addressed separately through a client agreement, release, or other written authorization.
 

We will not treat submission of an inquiry form alone as blanket authorization for public marketing use of your project photographs.
 

18. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, service descriptions, pricing, availability, photographs, timelines, and other information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated.
 

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content without prior notice.

Interior design involves subjective preferences, existing site conditions, product availability, workmanship by third parties, budgets, client decisions, and other variables.
 

While RCM Design Group provides professional design services with care and professional judgment, we cannot guarantee that every recommendation, product, contractor outcome, or completed project will meet every subjective expectation.
 

22. Privacy
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
 

23. Governing Agreements
If you become a client of RCM Design Group, you may be required to enter into a separate proposal, design agreement, service agreement, scope of work, or other contract.
 

If there is a conflict between these general website Terms & Conditions and a signed agreement governing a specific project, the signed project agreement will control with respect to that project.
 

24. Changes to These Terms
