A hands-on, single-room refresh designed to take your space from concept through completion, without the scope of a full renovation.

PROJECT SCOPE

Cosmetic updates may include painting, new furniture and décor, lighting fixture replacement, window treatments, flooring, and other non-structural improvements. Minor trade work may be coordinated where required.

ROOM SIZE

One room, up to 400 sq. ft. Open-concept or multi-zone spaces may require a custom quote.

Furnishings, materials, products, contractor/trade labor, delivery and other project costs are separate from the design fee.

Minimum project investment: $10,000 USD
